In the event of any unforeseen circumstances in which Cammeray Waters would no longer be able to facilitate your function or accommodation booking, Cammeray Waters reserves the right to cancel your booking and refund your Deposit and any other monies paid without notice at any time and will not be liable in any way for any other claim, demand or compensation by or through any party against Cammeray Waters or any related entity or person.
We may update policies from time to time in order to reflect for example changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
